Returns and Refunds Policy 

Thank you for shopping at Okiddoky.  However, we understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and you may wish to exchange it.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 30 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us.

Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on SALE items.
We do not do refunds for returns unless the product is faulty. Your return will be made via an Exchange voucher at the amount of the product returned.
*** Returns are not accepted for PRE ORDER items.


Local Returns (for orders within Cyprus)

  1. Email us at stating your order number (which is on the invoice included in your order) and the products you would like to return and the reason of the return.
  2. Once your email is received and return request is approved, we will send you an email informing you on how to return the products back to us. The return process is to send it back to us at an Akis Express branch using telephone number 70004025 for pick up – charges on our behalf.
  3. Free Returns: There is no return fee involved for you.


International Returns

For International returns you as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns. Okiddoky will not pay the postage of any unwanted items unless they are faulty.

Should you receive a faulty item we will arrange repayment of shipping once goods have been received.

Please read the these instructions on how to return an item;

  1. Email us at stating your order number (which is on the invoice included in your order) and the products you would like to return and the reason of the return.
  2. You will find a Returns slip in your package.
  3. Please use this slip to note down your Order number (which is on the invoice included in your order) and your full Name and include the slip inside the package with your return. Please include all packaging you received the item with (tissue paper, waterproof packet).
  4. Please post back to the following address:

Please send your return using a secure and trackable method. Please ask for and keep proof of postage. Posting is your responsibility and if the package is lost we will be unable to refund you for the item.

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return.



Refunds are eligible only when the product is faulty.
We will refund the Amount for the items returned less the original shipping fee charged.

Once your return is received, kindly allow for 5-10 business days to be processed and funds to show in your bank account. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift return. Please see below for Gift returns.



If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative please follow the Returns process outlined above. We can either exchange your product for another one of the same amount or provide you with a Gift exchange card  of the same amount and you can place an order of your choice again.


Gift Return

If you are returning an item you received as a gift, please follow the same procedure and send us an email at and we will advise you how to return the gift product. When the gift product is returned, we will send you a gift voucher of the same value either via email or via courier (your choice). The gift voucher will be valid for a period of 90 days.


Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately for assistance using the contact details below.
